We finished the trusses yesterday and started filling in the in the ceilings today. with any luck with the weather we will be roofing soon.

With very little wind today it was a good day to set trusses, and we did. Melvin Brought in his crew and made good progress on the fire wall. They think they will finish around noon tomorrow . Brian Tidwell will be there with a concrete pump to fill the wall with concrete. Empire Electric hooked up our temp electric today. That will make it a little quieter without the generator running all the time.

Today we finished the framing needed to set trusses. We had to sorted the trusses for tomorrow. They were not in the correct order to start on one end and go to the other. Melvin Hopke set up scaffolding and stocked it with block. Tomorrow he will top of the firewall between the trusses.

This is the third day the framers have gone home wet and cold. Can you say tough as a pine knot. They will be ready to set trusses on Wednesday if the snow holds off. Brad and I went out Sunday and moved the rest of the snow out of the range. Keep your fingers crossed it is the last time for that job.

Well the weather is not helping. The framers have been rained out around noon the last two days. Wet and cold is in the forecast for next week. Part of the trusses were delivered yesterday. With a little luck we will start setting them the middle of next week.

As everyone knows we had a little snow over weekend. I spent the weekend at the HBA Home Show. Thanks to all who stopped by to get information about the range. It was a great show. Brad worked Sunday clearing snow off the job site. That made it full speed ahead for the framers this morning.
